Haamana Ika mata
(Salmon raw fish)


  • Fresh Salmon
  • 125gm Berries (blackberries or raspberries)
  • Zest of 2 lemons/limes
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Green stuff for garnish


  1. Mash half the berries with zest and juice
  2. Sieve this through and discard of the solids.
  3. Blend residual juice and olive to to make the dressing.
  4. Slice salmon thin.
  5. Splash dressing over salmon and garnish with remaining berries and green stuff of choice.
