Haamana Ika mata
(Salmon raw fish)
- Fresh Salmon
- 125gm Berries (blackberries or raspberries)
- Zest of 2 lemons/limes
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Green stuff for garnish
- Mash half the berries with zest and juice
- Sieve this through and discard of the solids.
- Blend residual juice and olive to to make the dressing.
- Slice salmon thin.
- Splash dressing over salmon and garnish with remaining berries and green stuff of choice.
