- Fresh, Firm Raw Fish – Kingfish works well.
- Lemon Juice
- Sesami Oil
- Tamari Sauce
- Red Onion
- Italian Parsley
- Dice the fish into 1cm cube.
- Cover fish with Lemon Juice. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Rinse and drain the fish.
- Coat the fish lightly with Seasami Oil and Tamari.
- Add finely chopped Cucumber and Red Onion.
- To taste add: Lemon Zest, Italian Parsley
