Kiwi Krudo


  • Fresh, Firm Raw Fish – Kingfish works well.
  • Lemon Juice
  • Sesami Oil
  • Tamari Sauce
  • Red Onion
  • Cucumber
  • Italian Parsley
  • Seasonings


  1. Dice the fish into 1cm cube.
  2. Cover fish with Lemon Juice. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Rinse and drain the fish.
  4. Coat the fish lightly with Seasami Oil and Tamari.
  5. Add finely chopped Cucumber and Red Onion.
  6. To taste add: Lemon Zest, Italian Parsley
