Embodying the essence of comprehensive Riviera refinement, the 4800 Sport Yacht has been designated as a Series II model. An extended swim platform offers flowing curves to the water. It is the gateway to a generous garage that accommodates a 2.7-metre RIB.
The cockpit wet bar in the port fore quarter includes a benchtop, refrigerator, ice-maker, sink with folding tap and a double electric barbecue centre, serviced by an extraction fan and protected by a solid fold-down cover. The cockpit dining space in the starboard fore quarter includes an L-shape lounge and a fold-out table that extends across to the transom lounge.
Twin electric opening sunroofs (individually operated) fill the cockpit with additional light and fresh air.
The cockpit flows seamlessly to the saloon forward through a sliding stainless steel-framed glass door and an awning window. The warmth of walnut cabinetry is throughout the saloon. The galley features solid-surface benchtops and is equipped for anything from a weekend to a week on the water. A saloon cocktail cabinet includes drawers for bottle and glass storage.
The U-shape dinette around a walnut timber table is opposite the galley while the helm is immediately forward. The skipper faces twin screens, comprehensive engine monitors and controls and a leather wheel. A companion seat is inboard. The accommodation deck includes two staterooms, two bathrooms and an atrium lounge.
Generous floor space in the forward master stateroom can be further expanded aft by reducing the size of the atrium lounge. The stateroom features a king-size walk-around bed with innerspring mattress and storage under, including drawers and gas struts for easy access. There is also a large starboard hanging locker, three-drawer chest and TV. Hull windows on either side bring in natural light and accent the outside views. The en suite bathroom with separate shower stall completes the master suite. The second stateroom amidships features twin-single beds to port that can slide together to create a double, and another single bed to starboard. Continuous glass hull windows to both port and starboard feature opening portholes. A second bathroom forward of the guest stateroom also serves as the day head.
Volvo Penta’s twin D8 IPS 800s with engines rated at 600 hp (441 kW) is a perfect power partner for the yacht.
