Riviera 60 Enclosed Flybridge
First launched in Australia in 2005 the Riviera 60 Enclosed Flybridge started making waves on our coastal waters later that year, this vessel was the ninth out of the mould and was landed in NZ in time for the summer 2005-06.
Offering four cabins, three bathrooms, a voluminous saloon with multiple entertaining areas and an enclosed bridge that encourages your guests to join the skipper throughout a cruise.
The mid-ship master stateroom to port is fitted out with a king-size double bed and large ensuite. The forward guest stateroom offers an island queen double bed and a private ensuite. The third communal bathroom is shared by the two starboard cabins and guests.
The single-level saloon includes a huge U-shape galley with recessed four-burner electric cooktop, a convection microwave oven located under the bench along side the Tundra fridge and freezer unit, dishwasher, double sink with waste master and loads of storage space. The dinette is opposite the galley with a high gloss timber table and long U-shape settee, this is only enhanced as you move aft into the large leather covered saloon lounger.
The fully enclosed bridge with forward helm station which is adorned with an extensive range of late model electronics including Raymarine Axium, radar, chart plotter, fishfinder and bow/stern thrusters. The bridge has a wrap-around lounge across the starboard side with a wet bar opposite. The aft bridge deck included a tournament helm station and a lounge tucked into the starboard quarter.
The cockpit is simply massive, which is ideal for fishing and entertaining alike with the bonus of a set of quick shift throttles discreetly mounted to starboard. From there it’s just a few steps up the side of the boat to the foredeck that is home to a 450kg single boom davit and a late model 3.6mt AB Tender powered with a Yamaha 60hp, 4stoke outboard.
It doesn’t stop there…. below deck, the engine room is more than impressive with both main engines, the twin gen-sets, air-conditioning, batteries and all systems being easily accessible for service and maintenance.
