This Salthouse 60 has been built using old school boat building techniques by Salthouse boat builders, remarkably she has stood the test of time and is presented in very good condition with a lot of the old school flair still present.
This vessel is presented to the market with a good coat of paint, very good teak decking and although by today’s standard basic equipment a good level on electronics and a Harry Jorgenson pre purchase survey.
Optimum has been under the same ownership since 1985 and is presented to the market by the trustees for the estate.
With regard to the inventory, we will endeavour to make sure that all onboard systems are tested but they cannot be guaranteed.
