Viking 58 Enclosed Flybridge

Viking prides itself on its renowned manufacturing capabilities, from the design of their boats to the finished product. The company has celebrated over five decades in building luxury performance sportfishing and cruising yachts.

The Boardroom is an excellent example of the Viking modern legend. Built in New Jersey, USA, this vessel was shipped after her commissioning to Australia where she was showcased at a boat show. It was there she caught the eye of a kiwi who brought her over to New Zealand to begin her boating adventures. With only 2 previous owners to date, it is clear this is a much loved vessel.

The Viking hull is well known for their seakeeping handling in a sea state with a deep-v hull and a perfectly balanced sheer line with some serious flare in the bow.

Stepping onto the boarding platform you will appreciate the 58’s spacious cockpit which testifies to Viking’s long experience with game fishing while also providing a spacious area to fire up the BBQ and entertain guests.

Inside, the boat mixes contemporary finishes with a layout that is beautifully open-plan. The Boardroom feels bright, uncluttered and very lively inside. The saloon is a suntrap surrounded by glass with generous sized leather couches, the latest Fusion Apollo stereo system and 55” flat screen TV. The single-level galley and L-shaped dinette complement the vessel’s expansive interior, providing ample seating for any occasion.

Below deck, the accommodation boasts a huge volume with an aft master and guest VIP cabin, both with private ensuites and queen sized berths. To starboard is another guest room with two single bunk beds and a washer/dryer – ideal for extended trips away.

The pilothouse has all the mod cons a vessel of this calibre needs with a pair of 1200hp M.A.N. engines pushing her along at a cruise speed of 23 knots and the silence of underwater exhausts.

Her attributes include a full exterior paint job Awlgrip 2000, 160L/PH Sea Recovery Water-maker, water-blaster, Furuno Nav Net 2 touch, Multibeam sonar, DDF-3D 3kw transducer, Fusion Apollo stereo system, A colourful array of custom lighting solutions surrounds the cockpit and underwater transom. 5KVA Northern Lights back up genset for the main 20KVA Onan genset, custom dock lines & fenders, 2018 4m Seafarer RIB Inflatable with Yamaha 25hp Four-stroke.
