Salmon Poke Bowl

Japanese fusion at home… this simple no cook recipe is a crowd pleaser. Serve it as it is as an entree or over rice and add vegetables for a full meal.

  • Fresh Salmon
  • Soy Sauce
  • Siracha
  • Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Spring onion (for garnish)

Dice the salmon into 1-2cm cubes

Create the marinade to the following ratio;
70% Soy sauce
10% Sriracha
10% Rice wine vinegar
10% Sesame oil

Pour marinade over diced salmon, mix together. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or consume immediately.

We garnished with fresh chopped spring onion and a sprinkling of sesame seeds for the light spice and crunch to compliment the texture of salmon
