Smoked marlin dip
This weeks recipe is bought to you by the Marlin which one of our owners caught off the coast of the Barrier. The dip is an easy, quick and satisfying recipe.
- 200gm Smoked Marlin
- 250gm Cream Cheese (we used Philadelphia Sweet Chilli as it was in the chiller)
- Chopped parsley
- Juice of one Lemon
- Put whole lot into a food processer or blender, this will give you a fine finished product or:
- Pull apart smoked marlin and add all ingredients to a bowl. Mash and mix with a fork or your hands to blend all together. This method gives you a more textural product, flavour same same.
Salt to taste if needed, normally the saltiness from marlin should be enough.
